Important Notice

1. One regular registration is within 6 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only ONE proceedings.
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for paper publication.
4. Students must provide proof of their status by e-mailing suitable document to the conference secretariat.
5.The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
6. The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we can not make any guarantee for any index. Please consider clearly before registering.

Registration Types

As Author, you need to submit your full paper before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review process. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date, if accepted, your paper will be published into the conference proceedings/journal. Plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference.

Author registration fee includes:
12 minutes Oral presentation / Poster Presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A; Paper publication; Attendance to all sessions; Conference program; Name tag; Certificate of presentation; Conference bag; Lunch for two days.

As Presenter, you need to submit your abstract to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your abstract as oral presention/poster if it passes the review.

Presenter registration fee includes:

As Listener, you’re simply required to fill out the Registration form for Listeners and send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll contact you after we review the form.

REGISTRATION FILES NEEDED TO SUBMIT

(1) The final version of the paper in pdf and word (If your paper is formatted using LaTeX, kindly provide the source code in zip format). --For full paper only
(2) Registration form (.xls or.xlsx)--If you choose to register using the Meta-Conference system, you can disregard this section.
(3) Scanned payment proof (.jpg etc)
Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until all Registration Files above is received in full.

Once your files are ready, please proceed to register at Meta-Conference system.

PAYMENT METHOD:

2. Pay by Bank Transfer * The link for Credit Card payment and the Bank Information can be found in the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
1) Cancellation made 60 days prior of the conference date, 100% of the payment will be refunded.(Bank/transaction fee charged by the third party will not applied)
2) If cancellation is initiated at least 30 days prior of the conference date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the payment made will be issued.
3) No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date.
4) All no shows will not be eligible for refunds.
5) Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted via email. It should be noted that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues, or health-related concerns.
