Xipeng Qiu is a professor at the School of Computer Science, Fudan University. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Fudan University. His research interests include natural language processing and deep learning. He has published more than 60 top journal/conference papers (e.g., TACL, TKDE, T-ALS, ACL, EMNLP, IJCAI, AAAI, ICCV). Wanli Ouyang received the PhD degree in the Department of Electronic Engineering with the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is now a professor with Shanghai AI Lab. He served as the associate editor of IJCV and PR, the senior area chair of CVPR, and the guest editor of TPAMI.

Prof. Zhonghong Ou

Zhonghong Ou (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Oulu, Oulu, Finland, in 2010.,He has been a Professor with the School of Computer Science, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, since December 2015. From 2010 to 2015, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with Aalto University, Espoo, Finland. He has a wide spectrum of research interests, including big data analytics, image processing, and deep learning.

Ping Luo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Hong Kong, an Associate Director of the HKU Musketeers Foundation Institute of Data Science (HKU IDS), and a Deputy Director of the Joint Research Lab of HKU and Shanghai AI Lab. He obtained his Ph.D. in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2014, under the supervision of Prof. Xiaoou Tang (founder of SenseTime) and Prof. Xiaogang Wang. Before joining HKU in 2019, he was a Research Director in SenseTime. He has published 100+ papers in international conferences and journals such as TPAMI, ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, and CVPR, with over 50,000 citations on Google Scholar. He was awarded the 2015 AAAI Easily Accessible Paper, nominated for the 2022 Computational Visual Media Journal's Best Paper of the Year, won the 2022 ACL Outstanding Paper, the 2023 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) Outstanding Papers, and was a candidate for the Best Paper at ICCV’23. He was recognized as one of the innovators under 35 in the Asia-Pacific region by the MIT Technology Review (MIT TR35) in 2020. He has mentored 30 Ph.D. students, many of whom have received significant awards such as the Nvidia Fellowship, Baidu Fellowship, WAIC Yunfan Award, etc.

Dr. Qibin Zhao

Qibin Zhao (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2009.,He was a Research Scientist with RIKEN Brain Science Institute from 2009 to 2017. He joined RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project as a unit leader from 2017 to 2019, and is currently a Team Leader of tensor learning team. He is also a Visiting Professor with the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Tokyo, Japan. His research interests include machine learning, tensor factorization and tensor networks, and brain signal processing. He has authored or coauthored more than 150 scientific papers and coauthored two monographs on tensor networks. He serves as an Area Chair of top-tier ML Conferences of NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AISTATS, and ACML, and an Action Editor for Neural Networks and Transactions on Machine Learning Research.

Junchi Yan (Senior Member, IEEE) was a Senior Research Staff Member at IBM Research, Beijing, China, where he started his career in April 2011. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. His research interests include machine learning and computer vision.,Dr. Yan received the ACM China Doctoral Dissertation Nomination Award and the China Computer Federation Doctoral Dissertation Award for his work on graph matching. Prof. Noor Zaman Jhanjhi

Professor Dr. Noor Zaman Jhanjhi, often referred to as N.Z. Jhanjhi, holds the esteemed position of Professor in Computer Science with specializations in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence. He currently serves as the Program Director for Postgraduate Research Degree Programmes in Computer Science and Director of the Center for Smart Society (CSS5) at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Recognized as one of the world’s top 2% research scientists for consecutive years in 2022 and 2023, he is esteemed as one of Malaysia's top three computer science researchers. Prof. Tahir Cetin Akinci completed his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2000. He earned his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in 2005 and 2010, respectively. From 2015 to 2024, Dr. Akıncı served as a professor at Istanbul Technical University (ITU). He is currently a researcher at the University of California Riverside (UCR). His research interests include artificial neural networks, deep learning, machine learning, cognitive systems, signal processing, and data analysis. As an IEEE Senior Member, Dr. Akinci was honored with the International Young Scientist Excellence Award and the Best Researcher Award in 2022 for his outstanding contributions to research.

Dr. Seuk Wai PHOONG is an Associate Professor in the Department of Decision Science, Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Dr. Hui Liu

Hui Liu, Dr.-Ing. is co-responsible for three German multipartner projects. He developed the first smart knee bandage that recognizes users’ activities in real-time, proposed an interpretable underlying architecture for human activity recognition (Motion Units), and released two biomedical big datasets as well as two time-series processing code banks. He received the following third-party funding and awards: the Erasmus Teaching Mobility Award (2018), the CAMPUSiDEEN Public Choice Award (2022), the YERUN Research Mobility Award (2022/2023), and the Sensors Outstanding Reviewer (2023).
